I was honestly skeptical. Uploaded 5 photos of Bear (golden retriever, 4yo) and the book that came back was so much better than I expected. They wrote about how he stops at every doorway before he goes through, which is a thing he actually does and I didn't know how they got that. Got the hardcover and it's gorgeous. The little message on the back made me cry. Already planning one for my mom's cat for her birthday. 5 stars no question.
Uploaded photos of Maple (Maine Coon, the most dramatic creature alive) and the book reads like someone profiled her for a magazine. She has been the cover model of my apartment for nine years and now she is also the cover model of an actual book. The dedication line "for the small queen who chose us" is what I asked for and seeing it on the back genuinely made me cry. Shipping took 8 days to Melbourne which felt long but worth waiting.

The writing surprised me, they captured the way he sleeps in patches of sun which is oddly specific. Wife was a mess for about an hour after she opened it. Worth it.
i was on the fence about this for weeks before pulling the trigger. one of those things that lives in your wishlist tab forever. anyway finally ordered it for my cat tomato (tortie, 3yo, a literal demon) and the book is unreasonably good. they nailed her exact "i hate everyone except you" energy. one note, the wait between ordering and delivery was about 6 days and i was anxious checking my email the whole time. but the book itself is a 10.
Casper is thirteen and we wanted to write down all the small things while he's here. The Keepsake asks really good questions you wouldn't think to answer. The softcover sits on the side table now.PRO TIP. TAKE YOUR TIME ANSWERING THE QUESTIONS. I rushed through the first one and the book came out fine but then I redid it slower with my husband and the second version was so much better. Believe me it is worth it.
Got this for my partner who is borderline obsessed with our border collie Pip. Was nervous about the AI angle being weird or generic but the writing is genuinely thoughtful. There's a chapter where they wrote about him checking the perimeter of the yard and it's the most accurate description of his personality I have ever read. Hardcover is heavy, print quality is really good. Tiny note, the font on the back cover message is fixed, would have liked to pick something different but I am nitpicking, it's already gorgeous. 4 stars instead of 5 only for that.
